Returns or exchanges are accepted without problem :

1. Contact us via info@obsessioncup.com 14 days after delivery.

2. Return the items within 30 days after delivery.

Conditions of returns :

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value is at the buyer's expense.

Please feel free to contact us if there is any problem with your order. This is only possible before the package is shipped out.
